These terms apply when you use Veyo, the app and this website. By using Veyo you agree to them. Questions: bilal@learnveyo.com.

The service

Veyo helps you learn English with lessons, practice, games and an AI tutor called Vee. Veyo is still being tested, so features may change, and parts may sometimes be unavailable.

Plans and payments

• Veyo can be used for free. Pro and Premium are paid subscriptions, bought through Google Play.
• Subscriptions renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Google Play; you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow Google Play's rules.
• V-coins are earned in the app (and later may be bought). They have no cash value and can only be used inside Veyo.

Using Veyo fairly

• Use Veyo for learning. Don't misuse it, try to break it, or change the app to get coins or features you didn't earn or pay for.
• Be respectful when you talk with Vee. Messages that break these rules may be stopped, and repeated misuse can pause or close an account.

AI feedback

Vee's replies, corrections and scores are made by AI. They are usually helpful but can be wrong. IELTS band estimates are practice estimates, never official scores.

IELTS is a registered trademark of the University of Cambridge, the British Council and IDP Education. Veyo is not connected to or approved by them. Check the official IELTS website for test details.

Your content and ours

What you write or say stays yours; you let us process it to give you feedback, as the privacy policy explains. Veyo's lessons, pictures, voices and design belong to Veyo.

Limits

Veyo is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law of your country.

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date above.
